Good sized bedroom and very comfy bed. The bar was awesome with spectacular views across Santiago. About 5 mins walk from the hotel, there is a street full of really lovely restaurants. Staff are lovely - really helpful. Note that the entrance is on the ground floor of the shopping centre. It's about 15 mins walk from the funicular that takes you to the top of the mountain in Santiago - thoroughly recommend!

• We mostly chose this hotel for the view and it was amazing; I'm sure it's the best view in Santiago. • Very helpful staff. One lady at reception helped us book a visit to an alpaca farm. She found the contacts and arranged a next-day visit for us. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we're super grateful for her help :) • Amazing breakfast. I recommend trying everything you can order from the menu. Also, my wife is allergic to gluten so it's nice that they had gluten-free bread.

very good breakfast buffet (plus some a la carte options) with excellent service very ample and comfortable room very accessible location at the end of Providencia and beginning of Vitacura districts and connecting to the Costanera Center mall very friendly front desk and concierge

Location: It has the best location. We have our own entrance to the shopping mall. So many good restaurants nearby as well. A lot to do and see. Room: We were on the 22nd floor. Stunning view from our room! Room size is perfect and the design of their lights is the best. I love it so much!! The bed is so comfortable, the blanket makes me feel extremely comfy. I had some best of sleep there. Bathroom: I love the shower, it's so nice! I also like they put the toilet in a separate "room". Staff there are so so friendly! They let us check in earlier. They took care of our luggage even after we checked out. I appreciate them so so much!! I feel like they care about me as their guest. I'm very satisfied with everything there. One random thing, I saw a lot of pilots and flight attendants were staying there as well.

The Hotel in general is very good, in an excellent location (close to the metro) e has an excellent breakfast.

Really great location The exclusive access to the Shopping Center The staff was really friendly and helpful. Easy access to Lobby and dinning areas. The Bar was great.

Great hotel with very comfortable beds. Having the entrance from the hotel directly to the massive food hall/restaurant floor of the shopping centre is perfect. Great breakfast.

This is an exquisite hotel with amazing views. It is in a very nice location with many restaurants close by, not to mention that you have the convenience of having a mall in the same building. The air condition was very much appreciated during a heat wave. We slept very well.

Incredible place, near the restaurant and the store, I don't even need to say that the shopping mall contributes a lot to this, moreover there are many street stores near the hotel. Nice room with a view of the Andes mountain range. I really enjoy this hotel.
